Job #011107 - Account Executive – Northern Alberta
• Must feel comfortable meeting the CEO in the boardroom or the Safety Advisor/Supervisor on the shop floor
• Should have above average questioning skills
• Able to take rejections
• Expected to exceed 1 million in sales with a 10% increase year over year
• Industry standard 10% attrition rate – must be able to generate new business to add a minimum $200,000 to the territory each year
• Ability to win a clients business from a competitor
• Skilled in client business analysis and future development
• Call on at least one new customer everyday
• Report and update daily calls via PDA/Computer
• Schedule, update and follow call plans
• Resolve difficult and challenging problems
• Regular travel is required throughout the territory

Job #041107 - Customer Service Representative
• Answer phones from customers and salesmen
• Take orders and do direct input or write up
• Relay information to other departments
• Ensure orders (via phone) are completed accurately
• Promote company or products (phase II)
• Do follow ups if required on Special / Rush Orders
• Complete required reports
• Operate printer / fax machine
• Help with office administrative duties

Hours:
CRS works in the office setting, no lifting required.
Monday to Friday (five days per week)
Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. or 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Personal Characteristics:
• Good hearing and clear speaking voice
• A pleasant manner and a service orientated attitude
• Good spelling and keyboard skills as well as arithmetic skills
• The ability to concentrate on the customers request and work quickly and accurately
• Good communication skills including questioning skills
• The ability and patience to deal effectively with emergency and stressful situations – able to work under pressure
• The tact needed to deal with the occasional customer who is persistent or rude
• CRS should enjoy having clear rules and organized methods for their work, dealing with people personally and over the phone
• Being flexible

Education:
• Customer Service experience
• High School diploma
• Computer skills
• Ability to speak a second language (French/English )

Comments:
In service training is provided; takes 3 – 6 months for CRS to be able to handle the work load efficiently.

Job #071107 - Receiver / Store Keeper (Raw Material / Finished Goods)
Under supervision of the Warehouse Manager, handles receipt of all materials to our facility. Makes out receiving reports for any and all materials for which a purchase order has been issued. Maintains assigned storages to an effective and neat operating manner. Assembles and supplies production and manufacturing sections with materials as required to complete cutting orders and/or requisitions.

Principal duties (In order of importance or in the sequence performed):
• Receives all goods consigned to our facility, paying special attention to outlined proper procedures for receiving.
• Services any and all transports dealing with us, with efficient, helpful, and safe conduct towards the truck drivers. Checks quantities and condition of goods, indicating discrepancies or defects observed on carriers delivery advice before signing receipt. Reports observations to Lead hand.
• Completes receiving and inspection reports for materials received, on a daily basis.
• Is responsible to see that all copies of PO's and RR's are properly routed to the different departments involved.
• Keep files on all documentation in a neat orderly fashion so that location of any particular file can be carried out with ease.
• Maintains locator system for assigned storage area.
• Sorts and delivers incoming materials, according to a predetermined plan, to designated or special stock areas.
• Assembles all materials for cutting orders and/or requisitions according to set down procedures for assembly of such. Notifies purchasing of materials shortages and/or potential stock out situations for planned jobs.
• Transfer stock to main warehouse via company vehicle / responsible for the cleanliness of the vehicle (inside and out) proper usage and gas ups etc.
• Sets aside defective materials for disposition at a later date and reports same on a daily basis.
• Assists with physical inventory counts.
• Is mindful of good housekeeping practices and keeps area straight and clean.
• Keeps his/her own person clean and well kept by using the uniforms supplied by the company.
• Follows and obeys all restrictions and regulations pertaining to safety aspects of the job - i.e. NO SMOKING REGULATION, WEARING OF SAFETY EQUIPMENT, etc.

• When time permits assist R.M. Receiver / Store Keeper with such tasks as:-
           · Determine status of damaged goods (defective, unusable, off-shade, etc.) from cutting room
             and enter information into the computer log and report damages to Purchasing.
           · Initiate and assist in daily cycle counts in raw materials warehouse. Record and correct variances.
           · Re-roll large to more manageable sizes / assist R.M. Receiver.
           · Assist in transfer of goods to / from raw material warehouse to main warehouse.
• Assists with physical inventory counts.

Under supervision of Warehouse Lead hand, receives and stores all finished goods from production, contractors or outsourced locations in an orderly fashion and replenishes picking areas.

Principal duties (In order of importance or in the sequence performed):
• Selects general or program storage area for garments received (from various areas).
• Maintains locator system for his assigned area.
• Sorts and stores incoming finished goods from production, returns, or outside suppliers and contractual manufactures according to a pre-determined plan, on racks of bulk storage areas.
• Replenishes picking stock daily as determined by the daily requirements or receipt of awaited item.
• Assists with S/R/W duties as required: (order picking, checking, packing, shipping, receiving, etc.)
• Performs counts at inventory time.
• Keeps his / her own person clean and well kept by using the uniforms supplied by the company.

• Informs area Leadhand of any stock outs before marking stock o/s
• Informs Leadhand when stock of any items is low on picking rack.
• Is responsible to keep the picking section neat and tidy.

• Assists in other sections as may be required by Leadhand.
• Performs counts at inventory time.
